Refunding the delivery charge

we have made a mistake on an item we have sent to you or it is faulty,

you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other

Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to stop your order once you have placed it.
If
you change your mind after you have ordered, either refuse the delivery
when it arrives or return the items to us using the returns label
enclosed with your parcel. Once we have received the goods back, we
will process your refund.
Are you getting any more in?
Some
of our stock does sell out quickly but we do sometimes get more in and
our website is regularly updated with stock so it's worthwhile checking back!
Can I add an item to my order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
