Shipping: We ship Worldwide. Your orders will be delivered using your choice from the available carriers.

Tax: We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping in our state, (California). Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

Return policy: We generally accept returns within 14 days.

We currently accept PayPal. As of March 15, 2010 we will accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping charge and sales tax (if applicable).

Credit card validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

Refunding the delivery charge

If we have made a mistake on an item we have sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

How secure is your website?

As safe as it possibly could be. Vendio hosts the site on their secure server using high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. When you sign in to purchase your order you will see the logos of the companies who are helping us keep your information secure.

Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?

Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Why doesn't my promotional code work?

Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date. 

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to stop your order once you have placed it.

If you change your mind after you have ordered, either refuse the delivery when it arrives or return the items to us using the returns label enclosed with your parcel. Once we have received the goods back, we will process your refund.

Are you getting any more in?

Some of our stock does sell out quickly but we do sometimes get more in and our website is regularly updated with stock so it's worthwhile checking back!

Can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note all orders are shipped from California. Standard orders should arrive within 7 working days unless we are waiting on an item to be delivered to us, and it may be a little longer.

Do I need to sign for my shipment?

If you are in when we deliver, our driver will ask you to sign for your delivery.

What happens if you deliver while I am out?

If they can, our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location at your property.  The driver will leave you a card to let you know where your parcel is.

If they have not been able to make your delivery our couriers will leave a card to let you know they called and try again the following working day. We will try to deliver 3 times after which time your parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days prior to being returned to us for a refund.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

Do I have to pay for returns?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns for International orders so you will need to pay the postage costs for these returns.
